Christmas at Q1

Spent a weekend at the Gold Coast staying at the Q1 Resort. Quite luxurious, especially the 2-bedroom suite we booked with amazing views over the coastline. Assuming that I’d never stay in anything as nice as this again, I took the opportunity to photograph our accommodation from a commercial perspective.

Declan

My first baby shoot went super! With Declan’s mum and dad helping out, he felt right at home with the stranger and his camera.

Holly and Jigh

The picturesque settings really complimented this stunning couple, such a great afternoon with beautiful conditions!

Brooke and Peter

An interesting day, it’s not so often that I shoot a train heist and kidnapping while covering a wedding! Everything worked out well for Brooke and Peter, congrats!

Terri and Arlo

Some shots from my cousin’s wedding back in February. I was a guest but followed everyone around with the main photographer before the open bar called for me.

Nyssa and Brian

It was a pleasure shooting Nyssa’s and Brian’s special day. The easy going couple weren’t hesitant in climbing any trees or smashing TVs! (Taken mid-November 2010)

Mel and Robey

My first time shooting a wedding was a real positive experience, aided by this relaxed and fun-loving couple!

I has blog!

Given the nature of what I do (photographer) I thought it was about time I put some serious effort into providing a page that keeps followers of my work up-to-date with images and anything else related to photography in my life.

Bare with me as I attempt to update this blog and my website to my liking – I’m a perfectionist so am doubtful this will ever eventuate. My plan is to develop a theme-like site following a similar design to this business card I created (see below). The only thing stopping me is my lack of html/php knowledge and motivation to learn it, not the most exciting thing to engage one’s self in!

Anyway, I hope you enjoy my blog and please feel free to leave any comments. To receive instant updates you can add this blog to your RSS feed or like my facebook page, cheers!
